easyCar - acquisition strategy to increase conversions and ROI
Brief - Our main focus for the site was to increase booking conversions through a simplified booking process. The vision for the website was to focus on the core easyCar brand values demonstrating a wide range of vehicles, the worldwide network and great value for money. Our new site combines a new aesthetic, improved copy and functionality enhancements to the interface and within the booking process.
Solution - Following a detailed analysis of the easyCar booking funnel we identified a traffic light system of potential updates. Working to extremely tight deadlines we partnered with easyCar's internal team and crafted a solution to better suit users and the business.
